Thank you for shopping at LOVYMI.This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on www.lovymi.com, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

If there is a delay (e.g., high order volume, logistics issues), we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Our primary shipping carrier is:

  • FedEx
    Depending on your location, we may also use DHL, UPS, or local delivery providers for last-mile delivery.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–8 business days
    Please note: Delivery times may vary based on customs procedures, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Weight and size of the order
  • Shipping method selected
    We may offer free shipping promotions for specific regions or order amounts.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real time

6. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The carrier may return the package to us
  • You may be responsible for the re-shipment fee
    Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, VAT, and import taxes may be charged by your country
  • These charges are not included in our prices
  • Customers are responsible for paying any customs-related fees

If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package may be returned or destroyed.

Refunds cannot be issued for unclaimed or refused shipments.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or stuck in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier.

A shipment is considered lost only if:

  • The carrier confirms the loss, OR
  • No tracking updates appear for 20+ days (EU) / 30+ days (rest of world)

We will then offer:

  • A free replacement, OR
  • A full refund

9. Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

We will replace the item at no additional cost after reviewing the claim.

10. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • Shipping starts once production is completed
  • Estimated timelines will be shown on the product page
  • You will receive updates by email
    Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise noted.

11. Changes or Cancellations

If you want to cancel or change your order:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing it
  • After that time, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed
